OLD RIDGE STUDIOS
Founded in 1987 by artists & educators Carol and Randy Edmonson,
Old Ridge Studios is located in the rolling hills of the Virginia Piedmont in an area near Farmville known as “the Heart of Virginia.”
The Edmonson’s have called the 100-acre property in rural Prince Edward County home since 1984 and began building ceramic studios and kilns in 1987. Now retired from full time teaching, Cricket and Randy concentrate on creating pottery and sculpture full-time, most of which is fired in a Japanese-style anagama kiln.
